• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. agave syrup |
• | 1 egg white |
• | Angostura Bitters |

1. | Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake for 15 seconds. Add cracked ice and shake hard for 30 seconds. Fine strain into a coup and garnish with Angostura Bitters. |
