• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
• | 10-12 mint leaves |
• | 1 bar spoon sugar |

1. | In a mixer pour sugar and mint leaves. Bruise with muddler. Add rest of ingredients. Shake. Double strain in martini glass. Serve. |
