Ingredients for Strawberry-Thyme 75:

• 1 ½ oz. Fords Gin
• ¾ oz. Saint Germain Elderflower
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. thyme syrup
• Champagne

Method for Strawberry-Thyme 75:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and hard shake, double strain, and top with champagne. Garnish with thyme sprig.
