Ingredients for Frozen Yuzu Gimlet:
• 2 liters gin
• 700 ml. Choya Yuzu Liqueur
• 2 liters The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
• 1 liter lime juice
• 8 quarts water

Method for Frozen Yuzu Gimlet:
Combine all ingredients in an 18-quart Cambro and keep refrigerated until use.
