| • | 1 oz.The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. Vanilla Cognac |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | Black cracked pepper |
| • | Club soda |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all ingredients (except soda) into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Serve. |
