Ingredients for Alejandra’s:
• 1 oz. Benedictine liqueur
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
• 2 lemon peel
• 3 cloves
• 1 star anise
• 2 slices of fresh ginger
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 tsp. cream
Method for Alejandra’s:
1. In a tea pot, infuse lemon peels, cloves, star anise, ginger, and cinnamon stick with hot water.
2. Once infused, pour tea into a coffee mug with Benedictine liqueur and The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate.
3. Garnish with lemon peel and cream.
