| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice |
| • | Dash of fresh lime and lemon juices |
| • | 3 dashes of orange bitters |

| Combine vodka, sake, Apricot Puree and juices into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Add 3 dashes of orange bitters and one orange slice for garnish. Serve. | |
