Banana and Ginger Sauce

Ingredients for Banana and Ginger Sauce:

  • 1 cup The Perfect Purée Banana Puree, thawed
  • 4 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Ginger, thawed
  • 3 cups heavy cream

Method for Banana and Ginger Sauce:

    1. In a heavy bottom stainless steel pot simmer the heavy cream until reduced by half.
    2. Stir in The Perfect Purée Banana Puree and The Perfect Purée Sweet Ginger.
    3. Chill.
    4. Strain the sauce if you desire a smooth texture.
