Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Montanya Oro Rum
- ¾ oz. habanero-infused Grand Marnier liqueur
- 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. soda water
- Fresh mango peel (garnish)
Method:
- Add 1 oz—soda water to a chilled martini glass. Add ice and the remaining ingredients to a pint glass. Shake and serve in the martini glass garnished with a fresh mango peel skewer.
