Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz. Montanya Oro Rum
  • ¾ oz. habanero-infused Grand Marnier liqueur
  • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. soda water
  • Fresh mango peel (garnish)

Method:

  1. Add 1 oz—soda water to a chilled martini glass. Add ice and the remaining ingredients to a pint glass. Shake and serve in the martini glass garnished with a fresh mango peel skewer.
