• | 1 oz. black currant syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. falernum |
• | 1/2 oz. pineapple juice |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | Tonic water |
For the Black Currant Syrup: | |
• | 1 oz.The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed |
• | 1 oz. simple syrup |
Method for the Black Currant Syrup: | |
Combine Black Currant Puree and simple syrup together. | |

1. | Add all ingredients but the tonic water to a mixing glass filled with ice, then shake. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour about 3-4oz of tonic water into the glass, and then strain the contents of the mixing glass into the highball glass. |
