Black Currant Mocktail

    • 1 oz. black currant syrup
    • 1/2 oz. falernum
    • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • Tonic water
For the Black Currant Syrup:
    • 1 oz.The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
Method for the Black Currant Syrup:
Combine Black Currant Puree and simple syrup together.

Method:
1. Add all ingredients but the tonic water to a mixing glass filled with ice, then shake. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour about 3-4oz of tonic water into the glass, and then strain the contents of the mixing glass into the highball glass.
