Ingredients for the cocktail:
- 1 oz. black currant syrup
- 1/2 oz. falernum
- 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- Tonic water
Ingredients for the syrup:
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed
- 1 oz. simple syrup
Method for the syrup:
- Combine Black Currant Puree and simple syrup together.
Method:
- Add all ingredients but the tonic water to a mixing glass filled with ice, then shake. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour about 3-4oz of tonic water into the glass, then strain the mixing glass’s contents into the highball glass.
