| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | Soda to fill |
| • | Garnish with mint sprig |

| Combine Key Lime Concentrate, Blackberry Puree, simple syrup, mint into a shaker. Add light rum and fill with ice. Shake lightly for 6 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into large glass. Top with soda and integrate with bar spoon. | |
