| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 1/4 plum |
| • | Orange peel (garnish) |

| Muddle the plum in the agave nectar. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel. | |
