    • 2 oz. Charbay Tahitian Vanilla Bean Rum
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • Soda water
1. Combine ingredients except soda into mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker. Pour into a glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Serve.
