Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Diplomatico light rum
- 1 oz. Diplomatico dark rum
- 1 oz. Gran Gala
- 3 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 oz. Almond syrup
- 1/2 oz. Lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Original Havana cane syrup
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except dark rum, shake, and strain over fresh ice. Float the dark rum and garnish with pineapple, mint, and pineapple leaf.
