Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel
- 1/2 oz. Fernet Branca
- 1/2 oz. Lustau Amontillado Sherry
- 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 oz. lemon
- 1/2 oz. demerara
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin. Add ice.
- Shake—double strain.
- Garnish with mint sprig and dehydrated lemon wheel.
