• | 2 oz. Caliche Rum |
• | 1 1/2 oz. Elderflower Liqueur |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice |
• | 3 drops hibiscus flower syrup |
• | Hibiscus flower (garnish) |
• | Lime twist (garnish) |

Combine all ingredients except hibiscus flower syrup and garnishes in a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour over a Collins glass heaping with freshly crushed ice. Drop 3 drops of hibiscus flower syrup into drink and allow to settle at the bottom. For garnish, place a hibiscus flower and lime twist skewered together lying across the rim of the glass. | |
