• | 1/2 oz. Gifford Rhubarb Liquor |
• | 2 oz. Thai chili infused tequila |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |

Add ice to shaker, add all ingrediets and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with pineapple sage. | |
