• | 2 oz. Aviation Gin |
• | 1 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice |
• | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
• | 2 oz. club soda |
• | wide lemon disc for garnish |
• | large mint sprig for garnish |

1. | In a pint mixing glass, add 1 barspoon of Ginger Puree along with all gin, juice, and syrup. Swizzle to integrate, fill glass with ice, and shake with a Boston Shaker vigorously for 6 seconds. Add club soda and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a wide lemon disc and large mint sprig. Serve. |
