• | 1 1/2 oz. Mount Gay Vanilla Rum |
• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. maple syrup |
• | Cinnamon sugar rimmer |

Method: |
1. | Coat the edge of a martini glass with Key Lime Concentrate. |
2. | Dip the edge in a mixture of superfine sugar and cinnamon. Place glass in freezer. |
3. | Combine maple syrup, Green Apple Puree, Key Lime Concentrate, and vanilla rum in a cocktail shaker. |
4. | Add ice then shake vigorously for 6 seconds |
5. | Strain and pour entire mixture into a martini glass. |
6. | Garnish with a thin wheel of a Granny Smith apple. |
