    • 2 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • Splash of simple syrup
    • 2 Gläce Luxury Ice Mariko spheres
    • 4-5 mint sprigs for muddle
    • 1 mint sprig for garnish
Method:
1. Stack 2 Mariko ice spheres in a highball glass and set aside. Add remaining ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass and muddle. Add ingredients into Boston Shaker with regular ice. Shake and strain into highball glass over Mariko ice spheres. Garnish with mint sprig. Serve.
