• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | Splash of simple syrup |
• | 2 Gläce Luxury Ice Mariko spheres |
• | 4-5 mint sprigs for muddle |
• | 1 mint sprig for garnish |

1. | Stack 2 Mariko ice spheres in a highball glass and set aside. Add remaining ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass and muddle. Add ingredients into Boston Shaker with regular ice. Shake and strain into highball glass over Mariko ice spheres. Garnish with mint sprig. Serve. |
