• | 1 1/2 oz. dark rum |
• | 3/4 oz. Campari |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. pineapple juice |
• | 1/2 oz. lime juice |

Add the rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice and Kiwi Puree to a mixing glass with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a kiwi, halved. | |
