| • | 17 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 17 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 40 oz. non- filter apple juice |
| • | 2 oz. Angostura bitters |
| • | 1 tsp of nutmeg powder |

| In a punch bowl combine all the ingredients and add a small block of ice. Serve over the rocks and garnish with orange peel and star anise. | |
