| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 4 oz. Sun Orchard Fresh Lemonade |
| • | 1/2 oz. Rock Candy Syrup (Trader Vic’s) or simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice (strain off seeds) |
| • | 4 oz. club soda |

| Method: |
| 1. | Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice. |
| 2. | The first 4 ingredients will be pre-batched for you to pour directly over ice. |
| 3. | Top with club soda and a slice of lemon. |
| 4. | Seal with a plastic lid and place a clean napkin on top of the lid and rock upside-down and right side-up, 3 times to combine ingredients. |
| 5. | Serve. |
