Lucha Libre 1 drink Spencer Engelke of Geyserville Gun Club; Event - Wizards of Elixirs Cocktail Competition 2019

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Charbay R5 Lot 5 Whiskey
• ½ oz. Passion Fruit Liquor
• ¼ oz. All Spice Dram
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• ½ oz. honey syrup

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, and shake well with ice. Strain over new ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wheel and mint.
