Ingredients for Oaxacan Paloma:
- ¾ oz Ilegal Joven
- 1 ¼ oz Cazadores Reposado
- ¼ oz Aperol
- 1 ½ oz The Perfect Puree Lychee Puree, thawed
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- Jarritos grapefruit soda, to top
Method for Oaxacan Paloma:
- Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake vigorously.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with lychee fruit and lime wheel.
