| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice |
| • | 1 oz. papaya juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. guava nectar |
| • | 1/2 oz. agave nectar |

| Combine all ingredients except Prosecco into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously (18-20 times). Strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel and rosemary sprig. | |
