Jo Drew / Bar Manager, Screaming Tuna Sushi, Milwaukee and Mequon, WI

    • 1 1/2 oz. Brinley Shipwreck Coconut Rum infused with hibiscus (4 oz. per one bottle)
    • 1 oz. Ozeki Cloudy Nigori Sake
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 2-3 dashes of Bittercube Cherrybark & Vanilla Bitters
    • Yuzu spritz
    • Rishi Hibiscus
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a Boston shaker except the Yuzu spritz and Rishi Hibiscus. Strain into a glass and top off with Yuzu spritz. Garnish with Rishi Hibiscus and a twisted lemon peel.
