• | 1 oz. Ozeki Cloudy Nigori Sake |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 2-3 dashes of Bittercube Cherrybark & Vanilla Bitters |
• | Yuzu spritz |
• | Rishi Hibiscus |

Shake all ingredients with ice in a Boston shaker except the Yuzu spritz and Rishi Hibiscus. Strain into a glass and top off with Yuzu spritz. Garnish with Rishi Hibiscus and a twisted lemon peel. | |
