| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |

| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |

| In a mixing glass add Pisco Porton Mosto Verde, Aperol, St-Germain, mango puree and fresh lime juice; add ice and shake until well blended. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass and garnish with a spiral of orange. | |
