| Method: | |
| Add Tamarind Puree and a shot of tequila into a highball glass. Add freshly squeezed lime juice and drop the squeezed lime wedge into glass. Mix with a barspoon. Fill glass up with fresh ice and top with Topo Chico. Lightly stir with barspoon before serving. | |
