Red Jalapeño-Peach Chutney

1/4 cup The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
2 peaches, cut into large quarters
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup strawberries, diced
2 tsp. pectin
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method:
1. Dice all fruits.
2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
3. Add the mixture into a small sauce pot and cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes.
4. Once the peaches have softened, remove the mixture and allow to cool to room temperature before use.
