• | 1/4 cup The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed |
• | 2 peaches, cut into large quarters |
• | 3 tbsp. sugar |
• | 1/2 cup strawberries, diced |
• | 2 tsp. pectin |
• | 1 tsp. vanilla extract |
Method: | |
1. | Dice all fruits. |
2. | In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix. |
3. | Add the mixture into a small sauce pot and cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes. |
4. | Once the peaches have softened, remove the mixture and allow to cool to room temperature before use. |
