• | 2 oz. Jim Beam Bourbon infused with sandalwood |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. homemade sandalwood syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice |
• | 3-4 dashes yuzu bitters |
• | 1 1/2 oz. aquafaba |
• | 1 sandalwood stick for garnish, smoked for ambiance |

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and pour into glass. Garnish with smoked sandalwood stick. |
