Rough & Tough (Sandalwood Yuzu Whisky Sour)

    • 2 oz. Jim Beam Bourbon infused with sandalwood
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. homemade sandalwood syrup
    • 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 3-4 dashes yuzu bitters
    • 1 1/2 oz. aquafaba
    • 1 sandalwood stick for garnish, smoked for ambiance

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and pour into glass. Garnish with smoked sandalwood stick.
