| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon-ginger simple syrup |
| • | 4 blackberries |
| • | splash of Fever Tree Ginger Beer |

| . | Muddle blackberries in a pint glass. Add other ingredients and fill with ice. Shake well in a Boston shaker. Strain and pour into a glass over fresh ice. Top with a splash of Fever Tree Ginger Beer. Serve. |
