Ingredients for Scaredy Cat:

  • 1 ½ oz. Charbay Clear Vodka (kiwi infused)
  • ¼ oz. Kalani Coconut Liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Spirit Works Sloe Gin
  • 1/3 oz. passion fruit vanilla syrup
  • 1 oz. hibiscus blueberry syrup
  • ¾ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ¾ oz. fresh pressed pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. black currant mango foam

Ingredients for Charbay Clear Vodka (kiwi infused):

Method for Charbay Clear Vodka (kiwi infused): cut the kiwis and soak them in the Charbay Clear Vodka for 24 hours. Strain and enjoy!

Ingredients for Passion Fruit Vanilla Syrup:

Ingredients for Hibiscus Blueberry Syrup:

  • blueberries
  • hibiscus flowers
  • water
  • sugar

Ingredients for Black Currant Mango Foam:

Method for Scaredy Cat: Combine all ingredients, excluding foam, with ice into a shaker, shake and strain. Top with foam.
