Ingredients for Scaredy Cat:
- 1 ½ oz. Charbay Clear Vodka (kiwi infused)
- ¼ oz. Kalani Coconut Liqueur
- ¼ oz. Spirit Works Sloe Gin
- 1/3 oz. passion fruit vanilla syrup
- 1 oz. hibiscus blueberry syrup
- ¾ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
- ¾ oz. fresh pressed pineapple juice
- ½ oz. black currant mango foam
Ingredients for Charbay Clear Vodka (kiwi infused):
- 1-liter Charbay Clear Vodka
- 6 fresh kiwis
Method for Charbay Clear Vodka (kiwi infused): cut the kiwis and soak them in the Charbay Clear Vodka for 24 hours. Strain and enjoy!
Ingredients for Passion Fruit Vanilla Syrup:
- The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit concentrate, thawed
- wet vanilla bean, de-seeded
- sugar
- water
Ingredients for Hibiscus Blueberry Syrup:
- blueberries
- hibiscus flowers
- water
- sugar
Ingredients for Black Currant Mango Foam:
- The Perfect Purée Black Currant puree, thawed
- The Perfect Purée Mango puree, thawed
- coconut milk
Method for Scaredy Cat: Combine all ingredients, excluding foam, with ice into a shaker, shake and strain. Top with foam.
