| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
| • | 3 oz. ginger beer |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 2 dashes chipotle powder |

| In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients, minus ginger beer with ice. Shake, strain and serve on the rocks. Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange slice, mint and a dash of paprika. | |
