• | 1 oz. mint infused simple syrup (recipe below) |
• | 3 oz. fresh squeezed lemonade |
• | Zonin Prosecco or Seltzer (to top) |
• | Fresh raspberry (garnish) |
• | Fresh mint leaf (garnish) |

1. | Shake ingredients except Prosecco and pour into a Collins glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a fresh raspberry and mint leaf. |

• | 1 bunch of fresh mint |
• | 1:1 sugar/water |

1. | In a medium saucepan combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool. |
