Sparkling Cherry Noir

    • 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Cherry Noir
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 3/4 oz. agave nectar
    • Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé
    • dash of black pepper
    • lime wheel (for garnish)
    • lemon wheel (for garnish)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except Rosé. Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with Rosé and garnish with lime and lemon wheels. Serve.
