• | 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Cherry Noir |
• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
• | 3/4 oz. agave nectar |
• | Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé |
• | dash of black pepper |
• | lime wheel (for garnish) |
• | lemon wheel (for garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except Rosé. Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with Rosé and garnish with lime and lemon wheels. Serve. |
