    • 3 raspberries
    • 1 slice Serrano Chili Pepper
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
    • 1 dash Cherry Bitters
    • Raspberry (Garnish)
Method:
1. Muddle the raspberries and chili. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with raspberries.
