| • | 1 1/2 oz. Davalos Tequila Blanco |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Colada blend, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 3/4 oz. pandan simple syrup |
| • | 1-2 dashes tiki bitters |
| Method: | |
| Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a double walled mixing bowl. Add enough liquid nitrogen to freeze (about 2-4 oz.). Once frozen and the smoke has cleared scoop out and place in a glass of your choice. Garnish with toasted coconut and a spoon. | |
