• | 1 1/4 oz. Uncle Nearest 1856 |
• | 1 1/4 oz. Peachtreuse Syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1 1/2 oz. Q Mixers Light Ginger Beer |
For the Peachtreuse Syrup: | |
• | 12 oz. Yellow Chartreuse |
• | 12 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 6 oz. ginger syrup |
• | 6 oz. GT’s organic Gingerade Kombucha |
Method for the Peachtreuse Syrup: | |
Blend all ingredients together. Strain through fine mesh strainer to remove any residual matter. | |
Method for the drink: | |
Pour the ginger beer into a high ball glass. In a shaker, add remaining ingredients. Shake together and strain over ginger beer. |
