• | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree, thawed |
• | 1 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | 1 oz. simple syrup |
• | 5 mint leaves (muddle) |
• | 6 raspberries (muddle) |
• | 1 cucumber slice (muddle) |

1. | Muddle the mint, lemon, simple, raspberries, and cucumber. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with cucumber |
