• | 1/2 oz. Mezcal Blanco |
• | 1/2 oz. Aperol |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 3/4 oz. agave syrup |

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice and shake well. Serve on the rocks in a double old fashion glass with chili salt rim, orange peel, lime peel and lemon peel. Serve. |
