• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed |
• | 1/8 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 1/3 oz. agave nectar |
• | 1/2 oz. Squirt |
• | 1/2 oz. Lime juice |
• | pinch of salt |
• | lime wheel for garnish |

1. | In a mixing glass add Black Currant puree, Corzo, agave nectar, lime juice and pinch of salt. Shake and serve in a salt-rimmed Collins glass, top with Squirt. Garnish with a lime wheel. |
