Winter Black Currant Paloma

    • 1 1/2 oz. Corzo Silver
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree,  thawed
    • 1/8 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
    • 1/3 oz. agave nectar
    • 1/2 oz. Squirt
    • 1/2 oz. Lime juice
    • pinch of salt
    • lime wheel for garnish
Method:
1. In a mixing glass add Black Currant puree, Corzo, agave nectar, lime juice and pinch of salt. Shake and serve in a salt-rimmed Collins glass, top with Squirt. Garnish with a lime wheel.
