• | 1 1/2 oz. Aviation American Gin |
• | 1/2 oz. Blanc Vermouth |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. basil and rose honey |
• | 1/2 oz. bergamot |
• | Mineral water, to top |
Method: | |
Add all ingredients and shake for 5 seconds. Strain into a Nick and Nora and top with mineral water. Garnish with a basil “boat” and dehydrated roses. |
