• | 1 1/2 oz. Camus vs. Cognac |
• | 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse |
• | 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Grenadine |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | 2 dash angostura bitters |

1. | Shake, double strain, serve on a large ice cube or serve up. |
Pomegranate Grenadine: | |
• | 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
• | 24 oz. sugar (volume) |
• | 1 split vanilla bean |
