• | 2 oz. Rittenhouse Rye |
• | .5 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed |
• | .25 oz. agave syrup |
• | .5 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 2 oz. Fever Tree ginger beer |
• | 2 dashes BitterCube Orange Bitters |
• | 8 large mint leaves |

1. | Put all but the ginger beer into a shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice. Add 2 oz. of ginger beer. garnish with a healthy bunch of fresh mint. |
