• | 3/4 oz. gin |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
• | 3 oz. sparkling water |

Add all ingredients except for the sparkling water and garnish to a mixing glass with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a wine goblet filled with fresh ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with Thai basil and red jalapeño slices. | |
