• | 2 oz. Silver Tequila |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. agave syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
• | 1/2 oz. orange juice |
Method: | |
Add Alaea salt on the rim for some clay on clay action. Combine all ingredients in a Cantarito (small clay pot) or highball, add ice, top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime zest. | |
Optional: | |
Top with San Pellegrino Prickly Pear and Orange soda, add a dash more lime juice and/or a little less agave syrup to balance. | |
