Ingredients:
- 1 oz. White Rhum
- 1/2 oz. Gold Rhum
- 1/2 oz. Jamaican Rum
- 1/4 oz. Overproof Jamaican Rum
- 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 oz. Pomegranate & Cherry Grenadine
- 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz. cinnamon syrup
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/18 oz. absinthe
Method:
- Blend with 1 1/2 cups crushed ice. Garnish with mint and nutmeg.
